Traumatic hernias as not easy to manage or treat. Most surgeons are unfamiliar with how to handle them.
@JJcolemanMD reviews her experience as a trauma surgeon and reviews where is the evidence. These are difficult to treat with 12-25% recurrence rate with the first treatment.
